Sol y Viento’s challenge regarding the production of organic wine consists of closely following ecological agriculture principles in order to preserve soil for new generations, avoiding pollutants of any kind, fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides. The result is the cultivation of srongly soil-connected vineyards, in the most natural way and with a minimum of human intervention. This leads to healthy and ripe grapevines.

The whole chain of production is oriented to achieve an exceptional wine, which perfectly articulates our specialised labour and that of nature.
